Summary0000739: It takes too long to move to Google Sign in page from Google settings.
DescriptionWhen select the suggestion(Finish setting up your TV) in Suggestions of Google settings, it takes about 20 secs to enter Google sign in page.
It would be too long and perceived as a problem to end users.

I have already showed the symptom to River.
I reports this issue on Mantis, because I don't think we need to report this kind of issue to SKB Jira.
But it should be fix within the next week.

SW : V15.502.29
Steps To Reproduce1) Finish Setup Wizard without Google Log-in
2) Move to Google settings
3) Click "Finish setting up your TV" in Suggestions (Screencap1.png)
4) Check when Google sign in page is shown (Screencap2.png)

Hi Mr. Lee:

The "Finish setting up your TV" item in the setting is from google SetupWraith.
It will trigger the check flow in the SetupWraith and then open the google sign in page.

According to the log, it stuck when checking the WiFi status.

This issue is related to the android.hardware.wifi flag.
If the flag is off, this step will be skipped.

Hi Rex,
Thank you for checking the issue. I understand the root cause.
Could you help to push Google to provide the solution of Google service crash issues when wifi flag off?
Currently there are two issue due to this flag.
1) Eagle shows Wi-Fi related UI and menus, even though it doesn't support Wi-Fi.
2) Taking too long to move to Google sign in page.
